Qatar-based hotel developer and operator Katara has announced that The Peninsula Paris hotel is set to open on August 1, following an intense restoration

Located in the 16th arrondissement, a walk away from the Arc de Triomphe, The Peninsula Pairs will soon be opening on August 1, with Katara Hospitality having partnered with The Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels to invest in the refurbishment of the iconic hotel.

Katara Hospitality chairman Sheikh Nawaf Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al-Thani said: "The Peninsula Paris is set to become one of the world's landmark hotels, a real icon not just in France but across the world. The work of the last years has restored this 'grande dame' to her rightful place as one of the world's leading hotels."
