The a5100 camera

This week, Sony has introduced the world’s smallest interchangeable lens camera, featuring a mirrorless compact design that’s ideal for travelling and photographers on-the-go

The new Sony a5100  that will be available from mid-September  has got a variety of special qualities, and standing out in particular is its 25 megapixel APS-C sensor which works side by side with a super-fast auto-focus system. An E-mount system also allows for a wide variety of lenses to be fitted onto the camera.

Other features include an LCD screen, that can tilt 180-degrees and be used to adjust the shutter and 179-point focus, built in WiFi and NFC, allowing for smartphone connectivity, image sharing and remote shooting.
