Windows users are expected to be blown away with the new features including Cortana – the company's digital assistant (the Siri equivalent on iPhones) that is available on Windows Phone and Windows 10, pen capabilities, reading capabilities, reading lists and reading view functions, plus a new rendering engine to ensure speed, safety and reliability when searching the web.

The preview has been announced with a caution that it this is not the finalised and polished product and has been sent to Windows insiders as a means to receive constructive feedback before its official release.
