Apple has offered a glimpse into a new suite of emojis that will be launched later in the year for its trio of operating systems – iOS, macOS and watchOS. Unveiled as part of the World Emoji Day celebration on July 17, the new characters include the coconut, zebra, T-Rex, zombie, elf, genie, sandwich, a man doing yoga as well as a Middle Eastern must-use: a woman with a headscarf. In addition, new smiley faces are also added into the comprehensive digital repertoire, think the star struck and exploding head.
