Apple presents its new watchOS 3
Brand new features
Apple has unveiled the watchOS 3, the new operating system for its popular Apple Watch. Featuring a more intuitive interface, the new update will also include a new Breathe app, offering users a guide to breathing exercises for stress relief.
Navigation has been improved whereby users can now access favourite tasks and apps with a simple click of the side button. When it comes to communication, Apple has added a new scribble feature that allows the user to write in the screen while the onboard computer converts it into text.
"Apple Watch is the ultimate companion for a healthy life and with watchOS 3, there's now even more to love," said Jeff Williams, Apple's Chief Operating Officer. "Favourite apps launch instantly and are simple to access, and the breakthrough new fitness and health features like the Breathe app make it feel like a whole new watch."
The Apple watchOS 3 will be available this Fall '16/17.
