Apple unveils a new MacBook Air
Now faster and cheaper
This week, Apple upgraded its MacBook Air with faster new processors and a price reduction of $100. The updated Airs now start with an entry level 1.4 GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 compared to the former 1.3GHz chip. However the baseline 4GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage remains the same.
The sleek Apple laptops can be configured with up to a 1.8GHz dual-core i7 processor and 8GB of RAM.
