
Gucci hosts Parisian luncheon for show-jumping competition
Coinciding with Parish Haute Couture Week
Combining the worlds of fashion and sport, the Italian fashion house hosted a VIP luncheon for the Gucci Gold Cup course. The three day event, was organised by Virginie Couperie-Eiffel and Longines and concluded on Sunday.
The quaint sporting event saw Casiraghi reunite with fellow Gucci equestrian ambassadors Edwina Tops-Alexander, Guillaume Canet and Jessica Springsteen.
Springsteen who took part in the Gucci Gold Cup competition event was ranked at number seven. "My horse is Vindicat. I had it for a long time. It is a great horse," said Springsteen before riding at the spectacular location. "It is one of the most beautiful show rings I have ever seen."
French actress Marion Cotillard, wearing black skinny jeans and a printed bomber jacket, was also present, as well as the Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo, sporting a deep blue pantsuit by Georges Rech.
At the end of the event Casiraghi presented German rider Marcus Ehning with the Gucci Gold Cup.
