It has been announced that Abu Dhabi Marina will host luxury residences, executive serviced apartments, a hotel, cafes and restaurants

Following on from new project annoucements in the UAE that will change the face of its landscape, Abu Dhabi-based property and lifestyle development company Bloom Properties has revealed the beginning of construction has started on its premium waterfront development in Al Bateen.

The project features 225 residential apartments, ranging from one to four bedroom units, a five-star hotel made up of 200 rooms and 57 executive serviced apartments across 3,000 sq metres of premium waterfront retail and parking spaces.

"With real estate prospects soaring in the emirate, we are proud to have played an important role in the development of the real estate market in Abu Dhabi. The rapidly-developing sector will play an increasingly important role in the economic development of the country." Said a representative from Bloom Properties. The company has also recently announced new projects in Iraq and Algeria.
