So refreshing: Virgil Abloh and Evian share their limited-edition sustainable glass bottle collection

'One Drop Can Make a Rainbow'
Virgil Abloh and Evian have just released a newly designed sustainable water bottle capsule collection – which includes a 75cl reusable option...

On the back of Virgil Abloh’s appointment as Creative Adviser to Evian late last year, the Creative Director of Menswear at Louis Vuitton (who also runs Off-White) and the bottled water giants have just launched a sustainable bottle collection named: One Drop Can Make a Rainbow.

It was clear from the outset that Abloh was going to field sustainable options as he was tasked to help the brand reach its 2025 goal of having all of its bottles made from recycled plastic. So now, they’ve created a new 75cl limited-edition glass bottle and a lineup of Soma shatter-resistant bottles.

Available in four different colorways, the water bottle features a shatter-resistant glass body held in a silicone grip sleeve with the Evian logo and the words “Rainbow Inside,” referencing Abloh’s mantra for the collection.

Patricia Oliva, Evian’s Global Brand VP commented, “We are beyond thrilled with the first collaboration with Virgil Abloh, who embodies our vision for next generation sustainable design and audience possibilities. The ‘One Drop can make a Rainbow’ concept captures the Evian spirit and the “Live young” mindset and we cannot wait to continue exploring and co-building innovation propositions together throughout the year across the full Evian range as we work steadfastly towards our circularity commitment”.

Who knew sustainability could be so stylish?

The Virgil Abloh x Evian reusable water bottle is exclusively available at MATCHESFASHION.COM, retailing at Dhs213 (USD$58)
