The new penthouse will be situated in the 54-storey 520 Park Avenue building and will cover a total of 12,000 square-feet with a 1,257-square-foot terrace overlooking the lush grounds of Central Park.
According to a source it will go on sale with other units beginning early next year, and is set to be completed with the rest of the building in 2017.
In charge of the sleek design is Robert A.M Stern Architects, while development of the complex is handled by Zeckendorf Development Co. – who also did the celebrity-filled residence 15 Central Park West.
