As the FIFA World Cup draws nearer, football fans in Brazil can prepare with a new Nike football-only store in Rio de Janeiro’s Copacabana district

Celebrating Nike's long-lasting heritage with Brazilian football, the sporting giant has recently unveiled its first football-only store. The three-story outpost is decorated in Brazilian national team's colours and Carioca graffiti artist Mateu Velassco's unique illustrations across the brick walls.

Nike pays tribute to the country's football culture with a special edition section that displays the iconic Nike Tiempo 94 – worn by the likes of Ronaldo and Ronaldinho – with a variety of football apparel, equipment and sportswear also on offer, including matchday kits.

In addition to the store's innovative design and merchandise, a synthetic turf pitch and goal posts also allows visitors the opportunity to test out football boots, including the Nike Magista boot – Nike's first Flyknit football boot.
