Louis Vuitton to unveil new Objets Nomades Collection at Salone del Mobile
A Palazzo Bocconi takeover
Louis Vuitton will take up residence at the Palazzo Bocconi during Milan's annual Salone de Mobile to showcase its latest Objets Nomades collection. The new lineup features travel-inspired, foldable furnishings – such as lamps and hammocks.
Louis Vuitton tapped nine talents for the new project, including established and emerging designers – Patricia Urquiola, Atelier Oï, Barber & Osgerby, Nendo, Campana Brothers, Gwenaël Nicolas, Raw Edges, Damien Langlois-Meurinne and Maarten Baas.
The group will be available between April 15–17 at the Art Nouveau-style Palazzo Bocconi to provide insight on the creative process and the inspirations behind the creations.
Louis Vuitton will also launch a series of celebratory windows featuring the new Objects Nomades collection at its Via Montenapoleone and La Rinascente boutiques, as well as its newly expanded Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II store.
Salone del Mobile takes place in Milan 14–19 April 2015
