The palatial Fleur de Lys estate has finally been sold for $102 million to billionaire Michael Milken, making it the most expensive home to ever be sold in L.A county, as reported by the 'Los Angeles Times'

A 4.6-acre French-style estate – that was previously listed for $125 million – has apparently been sold after a three-way bidding war among international billionaires, with the secretive buyer acquiring the property in an all-cash deal that included the home's antique furnishings.

The luxurious Los Angeles home, which was previously owned by socialite and philanthropist Suzanne Saperstein, has 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a ballroom, two kitchens, a 50-seat movie theatre, a pool, tennis courts and a nine-car garage.

Located at 350 North Carolwood Drive in Holmby Hills in between Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and Westwood, the Fleur de Lys estate ranked second on the Forbes Top 10 list of most expensive homes for sale througout history.
