The new luxury destination in the UAE
Luxuriant living in Dubai has just received a new addition in the form of the Bulgari residences. Details of the designs for the Bulgari hotel and apartment complex (announced last May) and the luxury villa residences have just been unveiled. With exclusive resorts already in Milan, London, Bali and Shanghai, the Dubai property is set to become the fifth addition to the Bulgari portfolio in early 2017 when it is slated to open.
The hotel and residences will take prime position on 58,000 square metres of shoreline along the man-made Jumeriah Bay Island. The hotel will comprise 101 luxury rooms and 20 extravagant private guest villas. Whilst the residential portion will consist of 15 mansions, ranging from three to six bedrooms. 165 apartments and eight penthouses will be spread across six towers. Guests and residents will also have invitation-only access to the Bulgari-branded yacht club on site, which boasts a 50 berth marina.
Residents will have access to an on-hand list of services at their disposal such a florist, mobile beauticians and professional sommeliers who all make home visits as required, proving that Bulgari is a leading name in luxe living.
The chic modern designs have been masterminded by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners and incorporate contemporary living styles, which maximise natural light and the views of the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf.
