The setting and the seafood are the ultimate draw cards at Pierchic, however one more menu mainstay has just upped the ante on the restaurant's appeal: Friday brunch. With views of the iconic Burj Al Arab and mouthwatering morsels of fresh food, expect an unparalleled culinary experience, set to the sounds of Ibiza-inspired music.

Once you arrive at Qasr al Sarab, Pierchic's achingly cute rickshaws will scuttle you from the foot of the pier to the restaurant door, where fresh seafood awaits. Think oysters, Canadian lobsters, crevettes, Scottish mussels, crabs and razor clams. Then dive in with a smorgasbord selection to start, including a palette fresh tomato salad with burrata, yellow tail carpaccio as well as foie gras ballotine.

For mains, take your pick of risotto made with cuttlefish ink, baby squid and germolata or one of Pierchic's signature dishes, the baked sea bream, Angus beef tenderloin or grilled tiger prawns.
