The famous ad agency has transformed an abandoned 1908 warehouse into its own headquarters, which houses 400 designers and support staff

Wieden+Kennedy's headquarters have undergone a complete renovation for its three-story workplace located in Manhattan, with the help of Work Architecture Company (WORKac).

The building's most noticeable design aspects are the timber-paneled staircases that are uniquely rounded and create disjointed perimeters, while adding to the clean and uncluttered ambience.

A larger staircase out of the two is called "Coin Stair", and can also be used as a meeting space, or as seating for a small auditorium setting.

From atop, balcony-like railings rim the staircases and allow people to peer down to the lower floors, in addition to features such as a screening room, gymnasium, conference spaces, kitchens and casual lounges, making it a contemporary working environment.
