Prada celebrates Salone del Mobile with CloverLeaf sofas
Luck of the Italians
From April 8 to April 13 a unique Verner Panton display will be presented in Prada's Via Montenapoleone store to celebrate Milan's international furniture fair, Salone del Mobile.
The sofa, called 'CloverLeaf', was originally produced exclusively for the famous Verner Panton exhibition 'Visiona 2' in Cologne in 1970, by one of Denmark's most influential 20th-century furniture and interior designer, Verner Panton.
The Italian fashion house retraces its collaboration of 2012 with Verpan as the CloverLeaf sofa gets re-launched in Prada's signature green velvet for the ready-to-wear section, red for footwear and gold for the VIP area. The CloverLeaf sofas will be also be reproduced for Prada's most important stores.
