Set to be located in the heart of Dubai, the city's newest architectural concept Koa, will soon become one of the most coveted destinations in the emirate. Discover why with Buro 24/7 Middle East...

Welcome to Koa! The city's newest art, culture and architectural hub is set to represent Dubai's direction towards creativity, innovation and luxurious lifestyles. Designed with 70 residential spaces by T.ZED Architects and 200,000 square feet of local landscaped gardens, Koa will also entertain a unique working space that will host gastronomic markets, restaurants and a multi-purpose amphitheatre for entertainment and cultural performances.

The unique real estate concept is a vision brought to life by the former CEO of Al Barari, Mohammed Zaal who said: "Koa is a unique member's community where like-minded individuals come together to live, work and play; it's a hub of energy and substance where residents can carve out a space as unique as they are. It's a community that both celebrates individualism and encourages collaboration and social engagement. It's here where connections are made, ideas come to life, the potential is unlocked and where you truly feel at home."

The residential units, aptly titled Canvas, takes their inspiration from nature and its rich ecosystem with a palette consisting of stone, timber and concrete. Complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, the open courtyard views and natural sunlight will transform any home into an achingly cool (and personalised) sanctuary.
