The home was designed by the award-winning architect David Gray, and comprises of three levels, made up of three disjointed structures brought together by the central art gallery. The middle level hosts a high-tech kitchen designed by Porsche Design group, and sits next to the living room, dining rooms, games room and guest bedroom, with a powder room and office hovering between the central and bottom floors.
The bottom level is home to a screening room with a bar, a gym with state of the art equipment, a sauna, a 3 car garage and two guest suites.
The master bedroom inhabits the top floor, and is designed to replicate a yacht. With burl wood furnishings, two separate showers and spas tubs, it's designed for utmost comfort.
The external premises, which is connected to the main house by a labyrinth of walkways, features a guesthouse, a pool, and a vast spa that can accommodate up to 12 people, with towering views of the city below.
