A glimpse at Apple's new 'Spaceship' campus
Construction set to be complete by 2016
The futuristic and sleek design concept of Apple's new home has been released, a technological hub for all things Apple — which is set to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2015.
The spherical 'Spaceship' campus will sit on 175-acres of land that once belonged to Hewlett-Packard and will be an environmentally friendly building that aims to repopulate the entire site with plants native to the region of Cupertino, California. The stucture will also include a plan for solar panel array, natural ventilation, green space and the green vision of running on 100% renewable energy.
