The show-stoppers at the Dubai International Motor Show 2015
The luxury wheels you need to see now
There will be lots of cars. They'll all be shiny and gleaming. But we've narrowed down the must-see engines to just four. Here then, are the hottest wheels to wander around at this year's Dubai International Motor Show.
The Audi R8 is now more commonly know as Ironman's car, which isn't a bad thing given that Tony Stark is a genius, a billionaire and an adrenaline seeking superhero. The second generation of the R8 is the most powerful and fastest series-production Audi of all time, reaching 100km/h in just 3.2 seconds and it keeps going until it hits 330km/h.
Porsche 911 Carrera
There's something about the Porsche 911 Carrera that says refined on the outside but complete maniac on the inside, and with close to a million 911's sold through the years, it's clearly a people's choice car with a touch of unique personality. The new edition has increased power output, more torque, faster acceleration and higher top speed. New, and now standard, in the line though is the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system with a multi-touch display, signalling the brand's commitment to new technology.
Some time ago, it seemed almost blasphemous to even suggest Bentley would kick out an SUV. But even the harshest of critics would have to admit that this is not just a great-looking car, but it's simply supreme luxury. Think luxurious carpet, trim hide and handcrafted veneer options, all a far cry from your traditional rumble and tumble four-wheel drive. Oh and did we mention that the Bentayga is also the world's fastest SUV?!
Ferrari 488 Spider
It's the name most people associate with a super sports car and now Ferreri has unveiled its 488 Spider. The machine is special too because it's Ferrari's most powerful mid-rear-engined V8 car to feature the patented retractable hard top. So thanks to Ferarri's famed, flawless handling, you can drop the top, drive in style and to the limits.
