Mini unveils its 2015 Clubman Concept car
Taking the Mini concept one step further
This week in Switzerland, Mini presented its latest Clubman Concept for 2015, an impressive six-door hatchback complemented by a range of high quality materials, refined details and futuristic interior finishings, including a translucent 'showcase' storage compartment in the trunk.
The latest Clubman Concept is 26 centimetres longer and 17 centimetres wider than the current Mini Clubman, offering more interior space and a new aerodynamic style that boasts function and convenience.
The concept comes with a handful of innovations including exterior aerodynamic 'airbreathing' air ducts, an elongated hexagonal radiator grille with three-dimensional chrome ribs, bi-color black chrome 19″ light alloy rims and a lowered front end, giving the car its powerful stance.
The interior cabin of the new Mini comes with a completely fresh design — highlighted by light azure blue suede seating and white porcelain around the control panels — illuminating the car's luxurious aspects and accentuating its 'intelligent' toggles and switches.
