Mercedes-Benz new SLK CarbonLOOK editions for spring
The German manufacturer brings out its finest...
The new beautifully structured cars are equipped with a muscular body kit, special AMG wheels in a unique paint finish and CarbonLOOK badges, giving the model's kit its current exclusivity.
The smaller of the pair, the SLK CarbonLOOK edition, features front and rear aprons, eye-catching side sill panels, AMG 5-spoke light-alloy wheels in titanium grey and anodized aluminum anti-rollover bars. Performance qualities including sports suspension (10 mm lowered), larger brake discs, and sport tailpipes also feature.
The interior includes two-tone upholstery in the finest black nappa leather and designo titanium grey pearl with an added lime green piping on the seats and door centre panels — with carbon fibre trimmings — making the car feel ultra luxurious and cutting-edge.
The larger, SL 2LOOK edition, has a matching bold appearance, in designo magno cashmere white and tenorite grey or iridium silver leather, with a contrasting roof in black, as well as AMG 10-spoke light-alloy wheels. In addition to its striking look, it also comes with inserts on the each side of the AMG front apron.
Both Mercedes-Benz special editions will be available this year as part of CarbonLOOK packages for the entire SL and SLK range.
The Mercedes-Benz CarbonLOOK editions will be presented at the International Geneva Motor Show this March.
