There are few things more exciting than a well-customised car, and so motor fans rejoice – Brabus and Mercedes-Benz have merged together to create GLA-Class hybrid.

The GLA45 AMG is set to go through some major modifications; including a boost to its already forcible engine, taking its horsepower levels from 355 to 394, in combination with a torque increase from 332 pound-feet to 369.

These enhancements will allow the vehicle to reach a maximum speed of 168 mph, and go from 62 mph in just 4.4 seconds.

Brabus also offers an option for those who are looking for something a little more financially sustainable, by presenting a performance upgrade kit for the GLA220 CDI.

The company will also propose additional opportunities to costumers looking to purchase, including features that raise or lower the stock suspension, adding a body kit and attaching a real spoiler.
