Hot rod: The Jaguar XJ gets a new update
Meet the Jaguar 2016 XJ
The classic Jaguar XJ, celebrated for its chic styling and something of a flagship for the luxury car brand, has received a fourth generation update in the form of the new 2016 XJ. A look at the body of the car reveals an updated grille featuring a new mesh pattern to go with the newly designed bumper and chrome elements on air grids. The LED headlights and tail lights have also been revamped. Performance-wise the XJ can be fitted with a 3.0-litre supercharged V6 or a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine to order.
Interior upgrades include new diamond-quilted upholstered finishings, a state of the art 825-watt Meridian sound system, and Jaguar's all-new InControl Touch Pro infotainment system that offers all the latest tech requirements such as a quad-core Intel processor, 60GB SSD, and an eight-inch touchscreen. The Jaguar 2016 XJ is expected to land in Jaguar showrooms this autumn.
