#FridayFinds: The top 5 Instagram posts that spiced up our week

Scroll your way through creativity
Time to BURO-fy your day with the most creative Insta posts on display...

You’re not truly ‘all caught up’ if you haven’t seen BURO.’s top five Instagram posts of the week. Truth is, our editors’ daily mission is to connect with ease, to share with expression and to experience with conviction – so get inspired, feed your imagination, soul and scroll…

1. Slowed down in Milan to spot a fast-fashion installation

Founder Reema Al Banna of Reemami shares a picture of an art installation made of clothes as she strolls down the streets of Genova, Italy. The designer adds that the piece got her thinking about fast-fashion, human consumption and how some of us are literally just sitting on it – and takes the opportunity to invite everyone to ask themselves about the role each of us is playing to help reduce harm and consumption.

2. Head in the stars… or in Moroccan coins

If you don’t follow Moroccan-based fashion designer behind Maison ARTC, Artsi Ifrach, why are you even on Instagram? If you happen to be in Marrakech this month, get your art dose and don’t miss out on the exhibition as pictured in this post held at Mandarin Oriental Marrakech until the end of the month.

3. Are you coming or going?

When it comes to spicing up their feeds (and ours) with a little ‘je ne sais quoi’ from the fashion world, @thevintagepoint_ is always on top of the game. The New York-based wardrobe stylist posted a Spring 2017 picture from NYFW with leather shoes featuring two pointed toes, one at the front and one mirrored in the back. The brainchild designer Shayne Oliver has a history with, let’s just say, not-so-familiar styles, check him out.

4. How hard are you trying?

Are you trying hard or hardly trying? Truth is, in this picture, the smile might be fake but everything else about Mous Lamrabat is real. The Moroccan-based photographer has always been on our radar for his own unique vision on fashion photography fusing his Moroccan roots, traditional culture and the western world he grew up with.

5. Single lane only, do not pass!

We also loved the sentence: ‘Comment +1 if you’re single’ captioned on Vetements’s official Instagram account for that must-have tee now available on Matchesfashion.com. (Makes me want to stay single).
