Bulgari set to open largest manufacturing facility in Italy
Italian goldsmithery at its finest
Known for its niche in Italian luxury and its history of goldsmithing, the heart of Italy, Valenza, was chosen as the city for Bulgari's new production house. Opening towards the end of 2016, the new production facility will consist of a 150,700-square-foot plant uniting two buildings together, one for in-house production and the other for administrative duties.
Further innovations include a building design, which is environmentally friendly and includes a new glass wing that preserves the exterior of an existing historic villa. Inside, there's a central courtyard that acts to build a bridge between historic traditions and the future.
