Swarovski, the global leader in precision-cut crystals and world-class design in accessories, unveils its new collaboration with six jewellery and accessory designers from the Middle East

This week, collections from six commissioned designers were displayed at Dubai's Fashion Forward in The Garden, each showcasing their capsule collection of four accessories made with stunning Swarovski crystals.

The unique collaboration aims to spotlight the Middle East's wealth of talent, as they featured brands such as Aura Headpieces by Carolina Chammas, By Sophie by Joumana Haj Ali, Madiso by Madiha Muzzafar, Poupee Couture by Roula Ghalayini, Sarah's Bag by Sarah Beydoun, and Vanina by Tatiana Fayad and Joanne Hayek.

Each designer chose a theme to capture the essence of their brand, whilst incorporating Swarovski crystals in new and innovative ways into their designs.

Lebanese design star and ex-Senior Editor at ELLE Arab World, Carolina Chammas, created the Sweet, Sizzly Summer collection while the brand Madiso played it cool with a cutting-edge, ice-inspired collection.

The popular jewellery brand By Sophie unveiled its mesmerising Evil Eye and colourful 'Hand of Fatima' motifs as Vanina's conscious jewellery collection, entitled 'Still Life', was a sparkling tribute to nature's beauty by Beirut-based Tatiana Fayad and Joanne Hayek.

In the handbag department, Beirut-based Sarah's Bag used a kaleidoscope of crystal colours inspired by Roy Lichtenstein's pop art from the 60s. Whilst Poupée Couture showcased an eye-catching contrast of industrial metals, exotic skins, and shimmering crystals on its accessories.
