In this case, it comes courtesy of Chanel. The French fashion label — synonymous with tweed jackets, quilted handbags and a growing collection of beauty, jewellery and timepieces — looked towards Gabrielle Chanel‘s “favourite flower” for the release of its new Bouton de Camélia jewellery collection.
The history of the flower was first revealed through a must-see video and has since become an essential part of the maison’s codes.
Crafted onto a series of rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets, the Camelia flower is adorned with white and yellow gold and Chanel’s sparkling crystals.
