Maria Grazia Chiuri took her first Cruise collection from the streets of Paris to the desert terrains of Los Angeles. Here Buro 24/7 Middle East has the first look at the collection...

From the Paris' Fall/Winter '17 show to a Tokyo Haute Couture Spring/Summer '17 takeover, Dior has now jet-set to Los Angeles' Santa Monica Mountains Nature Preserve to showcase a Cruise '18 collection. Aptly titled Sauvage, the 84-strong show marks Maria Grazia Chiuri's first Cruise collection for the maison, seeing a continuation of the creative head's feminine aesthetic. The inspiration? A palette of pieces by American artist Georgia O'Keeffe and artworks from the Lascaux cave in Southern France — a place where Christian Dior also gained inspiration for his 1951 collection.
