While Chanel and Prada hosted its Cruise '18 collections in their hometown — Chanel in Paris and Prada in Milan —  Louis Vuitton jet-setted to Japan to host its Cruise '18 show in Kyoto's Miho Museum. Unveiled to a front row of A-listers, the collection carried Nicolas Ghesquière's artistic vision of Japanese influences — think Samurai-like silhouettes, printed sketches, voluminous silks, futuristic cuts and cat-eye beauty looks — while select pieces were designed by fashion designer Kansaï Yamamoto.
