Celebrating Easter with fashion-inspired eggs
From the kitchen to the runway
Fashion website, StyleCaster, takes a fashionable approach to the celebration of Easter this month with some new DIY designer eggs that range from Celine to Prada
Dying and decorating eggs have been a time-honoured Easter tradition since the 17th century, an element of the festive holiday that allows everyone to show their creative side.
This year, StyleCaster.com decided to create some unique fashion forward eggs, moving on from the classic food colouring-dyed eggs.
To help conceptualise the stylish eggs, the website enlisted Brooklyn-based event design company Tinsel & Twinie to aid in creating a variety of Spring/Summer 14 collection inspired Easter eggs.
The impressive Easter egg styles range from Chanel's Pantone-inspired dresses and Fendi's ombre organza collection to Celine's artistic brush stroke blouses and more.
