On day two of Fashion Forward Dubai, there was only one Middle Eastern vision and it was clearly seen in these three collections...

Day two of Fashion Forward Dubai saw a combination of achingly cool (and modest) silhouettes comes to the fore. Think visions of peace, femininity and flow too. Buro 24/7 Middle East is looking at Atelier Zuhra, Nabil Nayal and Sara Altwain's new seasonal collections...

Atelier Zuhra

Known for their expertise in fabricating delicate embroidery, artistic craftsmanship and intricate detailing, the Atelier Zuhra brand highlighted a coveted series of looks that define the ultimate in femininity and elegance. Unique takes on tulle, sequins, embroidery, tassels and crystals were also complemented with A-line, ballgown, structured and flowy silhouettes.

Nabil Nayal

Syrian-born fashion designer, Nabil Nayal — who was nominated as a finalist for the eighth edition of the LVMH Prize this year — showcased an Elizabethan-inspired Spring/Summer '18 collection and it's a must-see. The monochrome collection came complete with 25 looks that integrated ruffles, pleats, exaggerated collars and shirt-like dresses. The result? Must-have silhouettes for the season.

Sara Altwain

Sara Altwain's latest presentation showcased her newest collection, aptly titled Salam, which translates into peace. The feminine yet elegant collection saw symbols of doves printed onto the lightly-coloured palette of silhouettes too.
