Colour prevails at new season of NYFW

Trends to welcome next season...
Fall/Winter '20 offerings are set to be more about standing out than blending in. Here's why...

New York has officially kicked off yet another season of fashion week and already on day four, we’ve seen a plethora of designers searching for the core of the American identity with their Fall/Winter ’20 collections. However, one trend we’re seriously taking away with us this season is the comprising boldness we’ve been seeing on the runway.

From Carolina Herrera to Zimmermann and Oscar de la Renta (all heavyweights on the fashion week calendar), bright bodacious hues reigned supreme and honestly, we’re loving it.

Forgetting about Fall’s uniform that usually consist of muted tones (think olive, maroon, grey and camel brown), designers are using the runway to inspire us to add pops of colour to our wardrobes.
