Honouring the best
Last night, The London Coliseum was the venue of one of the most stylish soiree's the year has to offer, the 2015 British Fashion Awards.
The star-studded guest list welcomed and awarded Britain's most prominent designers, supermodels and photographers. The BFA's have 16 categories including the best emerging designers, designers across menswear, womenswear and jewellery as well as the top model and brand of the year. Victoria Beckham, Christopher Kane, Georgia May Jagger and Karl Lagerfeld were all up for top honours. However, J.W. Anderson scooped the Womenswear (and Menswear) Designer of the year from Beckham, as did Joudan Dunn from Jagger. Karl Lagerfeld walked away with the Outstanding Achievement Award, which was presented by Anna Wintour.
Others awarded on the night included Stella McCartney for Brand of the Year, Charlotte Olympia for Accessory Designer, Mary Katrantzou for New Establishment Designer, Alessandro Michele for International Designer and Nick Knight who was awarded the prestigious Isabella Blow Award for Fashion Creator. The Red Carpet Designer Award went to Tom Ford and Lady Gaga accepted the award on Tom Ford's behalf. Brands who were awarded a nod included Burberry for the best Creative Campaign and Erdem for Establishment Designer.
