The V&A's 'Glamour of Italian Fashion' and 'Wedding Dresses' themed pop-up shop
To mark its exhibitions The Glamour of Italian Fashion 1945-2014 and “Wedding Dresses 1775-2014, the Victoria & Albert Museum is opening a pop-up shop as part of Regent Street’s Summer Streets Festival in London this summer.
The festival's activities also include live performances from Tiempo Libre, The Notables and the Fabulous Lounge Swingers, and a fashion catwalk on Regent Street.
On July 20, the fashion pop-up will launch offering a special selection of fashion accessories, jewellery, prints, V&A books, stationery and exclusive products inspired by the museum’s extensive fashion and textiles collections.
Visitors will also be able to take part in free fashion illustration workshops lead by CreateVoice, the V&A’s youth collective and the illustrator Stuart McKenzie.
