Screen Actors Guild Awards 2015: The Best of the Red Carpet
Jennifer Aniston, Keira Knightley, Emma Stone and more
Often said to be one of Hollywood's favourite awards shows – as it's the only trophy show where actors vote for each other in movie and TV categories – some of the world's most esteemed stars came out last night to support each other and maybe even receive their own gold statue at last night's Screen Actors Guild Awards 2015.
Wearing a simple Ricardo Tisci-designed black jumpsuit, Julia Roberts was one of the first stars to pose for photographers on the red carpet before entering the Los Angeles venue. Reese Witherspoon, who sported a beautiful white Giorgio Armani gown and Julianne Moore, who sparkled in a green beaded Givenchy dress, were also among the first to arrive as they skipped the press line.
Elsewhere, Maggie Gyllenhaal wore a Thakoon dress as she spoke to fellow actors and Jennifer Anniston wore a daring number from John Galliano. Meanwhile Birdman star Edward Norton was seen talking about his Calvin Klein suit and why he selected it – apparently he likes "up-and-coming American designers."
Keira Knightley was one of the best dressed ladies of the night in a plum-coloured lace gown by Erdem Moraliglu, as well as Modern Family's Sarah Hyland who sported a custom-made Vera Wang frock.
Matthew McConaughey and his wife Camilla Alves mingled with Lenny Kravitiz as they closed out the red carpet before the big ceremony, while Emma Stone posed for a few last photos in her menswear-inspired, sheer dress from Dior and Repossi ear cuff.
