Pharrell to star in Chanel's next Paris-Salzberg Métiers d’Art collection film
Being revealed on December 2 in Austria
Pharrell Williams, is a robot. We are quite sure of this now, seeing as the accomplished musician, fine leather goods designer and macaroon maker currently has so many collaborations on the go we can barely keep up.
But this one is special – because Mr Williams, who is rarely seen without wearing one of his treasured Chanel sautoir necklaces, is taking his relationship with the French super brand one step beyond.
It has been reported that Karl Lagerfeld has directed the star in his latest fashion focussed movie, which screened alongside the Paris-Salzburg Pre-Fall 15 Métiers d'Art collection that has plans to walk on December 2 at the Schloss Leopoldskron, an 18th-century Rococo palace that is considered one of the finest in Austria.
Apparently filming took place in a Paris studio last week, with Cara Delevingne and six-year-old Hudson Kroenig among Williams' co-stars and dance partners. We can't wait.
