H&M opens new flagship in New York with Jeff Koons
The Swedish retail giant unveils its latest project
For the clothing company's latest project, H&M decided to partner up with American artist Jeff Koons, hosting a fun-filled party celebrating the new artistic partnership, which consisted of specially designed accessories launching at the 57,000-square-foot flagship.
Coinciding with the artist's retrospective at the Whitney Museum of Art, celebrities showed up to the red carpet clutching the $49.95, limited-edition Balloon Dog handbag that Koons created for the retailer.
Johannes Huebl and Olivia Wilde and many more were just a few names that came to support the artistic collaboration.
