Net-a-Porter opens up its social shopping network – The Net Set – to all of its customers today, with an inside look at five of its ‘style council’s’ shopping habits. Get the scoop…

Net-a-porter has today opened up its previously invitation only interactive app – The Net Set – to all of its customers. The app is a social shopping network that allows consumers to communicate with each other through their own profiles, join a particular 'Style Tribe', and help feedback to Net-a-Porter what is most in demand so that stocks can be replenished and diversified. 

Since it's beta launch to 70,000 invitees earlier this year, the app has gathered a wealth of information and data from those engaged in its functions, enabling improvements, and it is now ready for the world at large: "We are using [the data] to improve the app's inform other internal [Net-a-porter] departments and to help our brand partners get even closer to their current and future customers," said Sarah Watson, vice president of social commerce at Net-a-Porter. "With the public launch will come more users and more insightful data that we can use across the wider business."

To mark the app's public launch, Net-A-Porter has assembled five key members of it's 'style council', namely – Poppy Delevingne, Laura Bailey, Nicole Warne, Julia Restoin Roitfeld and Chloe Norgaard, for the newest edition of The Edit. The style influencers discuss their shopping and social media habits, along with their style inspirations. Will you be getting Net Set this week?
