Natalie Portman covers The Hollywood Reporter and discusses Galliano rant
"I don’t forgive the comments..."
Natural beauty Natalie Portman graces the cover The Hollywood Reporter’s May 15 edition looking radiant and understated in a close up portrait photograph. Inside the issue, The Miss Dior madame opens up about everything from politics, former Dior creative director John Galliano’s controversial anti-Semitic rant and her marriage to French dancer and choreographer Benjamin Millepied, in the issue.
Responding to a question on the former creative director of Christian Dior, John Galliano, who was fired from his post after a prejudice rant in 2011, Portman said: “I don’t see why not to be forgiving to someone who is, I mean, someone who’s trying to change. However, I don’t think those comments are ever OK. I don’t forgive the comments, but…we’ve all done things that we regret.”
