First look: Naeem Khan Pre-Fall 2015

The king of embroidery unveils his new creations

Known for his beautiful embellishments and red-carpet gowns, Naeem Khan presented a more wearable and minimal collection for Pre-Fall, yet still very Khan

From ornamental dresses – long and short – caftans, and even cashmere sweaters, American/Indian designer Naeem Khan approached his latest collection with a glamourous ease. "Here, I kept the beading monochromatic and simple because it's more about the shape," Khan said, speaking about a grey long-sleeve turtleneck dress with silver beading.

Khan also played with prints this season – one strapless gown featured a pretty Renaissance-style blue print, while for those who are fans of the loose fitting gowns, the same print appeared on maxi evening dress with horizontal stripes at the bottom. Tailored trousers worn with embellished jumpers also made the lineup – a chic option for a daytime ensemble.
