The first men’s collection for Loewe under the creative direction of Jonathan Anderson is revealed at the brand's Saint Sulpice studio in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris this week

A brand currently enjoying something of a rebirth, Jonathan Anderson's new designs for Loewe encompass a broad range of items-including essential ready-to-wear, bags, wallets, shoes and scarves.

A novel, timely format anchors the collection and transmits its ideas – akin to an exhibition rather than to a conventional fashion presentation, which takes place at Saint Sulpice this week. Guests will walk around freely to view horizontal display vitrines the designer's first collection for the house.

The approach, showcasing products as objects, reflects a fundamental belief that the boundary between art and trade is eroding, the "relevance of fashion has shifted toward culture."
