A signature JPG tote has been designed by the French fashion heavyweight, all in the name of AIDS research

The foundation for AIDS research, has announced the release of a special edition tote bag by Jean Paul Gaultier to raise awareness and funds to find a cure for HIV/AIDS.

The exclusive launch for amfAR will be at Bloomingdale's department stores in America for a limited time. The tote bag features a signature nautical-inspired design by Gaultier, a longtime supporter of amfAR, along with the designer's signature across the front. Another friend of the amfAR foundation is Heidi Klum, who donated her time to model for the initiative's campaign.

"I have admired amfAR and their dedication to finding a cure for HIV/AIDS through research for many years now," said Klum. "This tote bag is a great way to make a statement – hether you're at the beach, by the pool, or at the park – and let people know that you are supporting amfAR's efforts to end the AIDS epidemic."
