James Franco for Dazed Digital
The actor curates short films for the site
Dazed Digital has launched a revised format this week, with an emphasis on video.
In a project entitled the 'Visionaries' series the site will play host to an array of personalities editing contemporary content via video across the arts, fashion and design.
The first in line is actor and director James Franco, who also covers the print edition of Dazed & Confused magazine this month. This week, he will oversee the content online as a guest editor, selecting videos for the site.
Dazed Digital launched its first five mini-movies for the project. The move means that readers will be able to compare the new online format of two competing titles, the other being iD magazine which also revised its format, showcasing video content in collaboration with singer MIA this week.
