The Dutch fashion designer will receive 250,000 euros with her 2014 Andam Fashion Award, enabling her to grow her rising label

Van Herpen will also receive a years mentoring from François-Henri Pinault, chairman and chief executive officer of Kering - who will give precious advice on finance, marketing and production. The designer will also obtain a purchase order from Hudson's Bay Company, plus 10,000 euros worth of crystals from Swarovski.

Coperni took home second place and 75,000 euros. 

Iris will also be given access to commercial and strategic mentorship from the Tomorrow showroom alongside an exclusive space in Galeries Lafayette's Paris flagship to showcase two collection. 

IVH wins Andam prize

Previous Andam Fashion Award winners include Julien David, Anthony Vaccarello and most recently Alexandre Mattiussi of Ami.
