Harrods collaborates with Google and the British Fashion Council

Highlighting local talent

In the run-up to the British Fashion Awards on December 1, London store Harrods has teamed with Google and the British Fashion Council on a digital campaign that aims to highlight London's style stars

Going by the name of Inside The Studio, the video series project by Harrods in association with Google and the British Fashion Council will debut on October 16 with a short film featuring Matthew Williamson in "his professional habitat," and then others – Rupert Sanderson, Antonio Berardi and Alice Temperley – which will follow over the next two weeks.

The films have been made with the aim to capture the spirit of each label's studio and the process of putting together a full collection. Each of the designers have been filmed with their muses, who are Georgie MacIntyre for Williamson, Jade Parfitt for Sanderson, Sophia Neophitou-Apostolou for Berardi, and Jacquetta Wheeler for Temperley.

The final film will debut on Tuesday, October 28 with a campaign that also includes shopping edits for each designer and competition prizes such as pieces from AW14 an exclusive signed sketch.
