Step inside the celebrations here…
Tuesday night marked the 2015 edition of the annual GQ Men of the Year Awards. Hosted at the Royal Opera House in London, Sam Smith, Lewis Hamilton, Elton John, Damon Albarn, Emilia Clarke, Samuel L Jackson, Lionel Richie, Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Stephen Fry, David Gandy and more turned out for the special celebrations.
Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke was awarded 'Woman of the Year', Louis Vuitton's Kim Jones took home 'Designer of the Year', Paul Rudd 'Leading Man', Sam Smith 'Solo Artist', Blur (pictured above with Elton John) 'Band of the Year' and Christopher Raeburn 'Breakthrough Designer'.
Lewis Hamilton used the opportunity to show off more than his newly bleached hair, rocking some serious bling in his earlobes: "They're eight carats each, from Graff, I picked them up today," he was quoted as saying by WWD. "I used to wear a four-carat pair, but now I just wear them for driving."
Funny man James Corden accepted his award for 'TV Personality of the Year' via video link, "There's so many people here tonight, the Groucho Club and the Wolseley must have thought there'd been a bomb scare," he said, joking about how the watering holes must be empty. He added: "David Gandy has completely revolutionised the way men get depressed when they put on their boxers."
