The Frame Store opens in Amsterdam
Thinking outside the box
Felix Meritis Building in Amsterdam has a new resident, as Frame publishers and Foam Photography Museum come together to form a new creative space.
Both businesses will host independent events and exhibits and will also feature two retail spaces created by Amsterdam native i29. The spaces will highlight fashion and design, and the stores will present an inspirational platform where you will be able to experience the magazine from various different angles.
The Frame Store, as the concept is called, will be host to new and innovative talents, products and brands, and visitors will be exposed to other creative aspects such as media, beauty and food.
Some individuals set to showcase their concepts will be Dutch lingerie designer Tisja Damen, as well as some household names like John Smedley, Mismo, Flos and Artek.
Not only are the products eye-catching, but the interiors as well. The space, which was developed by i29, creates sensory overload with its mirrored features, and gives the visitors an all-around experience from the spatial designs down to the products.
