Design duo Edward Meadham and Benjamin Kirchhoff, better known as Meadham Kirchhoff, have designed a fun collection for high street retailer Topshop. As soon as the collaboration was announced in early November, wish lists began from both brand's fashion fans.

And in the spirit of its seventies-feel The Magic Roundabout inspiration, a mere matter of weeks later, and the lookbook has been turned around...

The collection is spontaneous, full of play and fun. Bright colours, lots of ruches, lace, patterns, and texture is provided by piled up layers of fur vests, geometric prints on sweaters and tights – it's certainly not dull.

Blouses, pins and purses appear with cherry prints – symbols of the imaginary girl band 'The Cherries', for whom Meadham Kirchhoff say they created this wardrobe.
